Autumn in Halesworth
After the long-enforced closure due to Covid restrictions we resumed meetings with fewer members who were able to join us. This did enable careful social distancing and yet everyone who came enjoyed getting back to a little normality.
A beautiful display was created for the local church to celebrate Harvest Festival and local food with our own contribution including autumnal paintings of sunflowers, a natural wheat collage and salt bread attracting many compliments.
Pumpkins were decorated for a Halloween theme for our last week in October, but we are reminded to be cautious by the need to close for a week as Covid has threatened our group once again. We re-opened in November but urged everyone to keep safe, enjoy painting and get ready to sparkle in the festive season.
