From Library to Police Station…
We had been very busy preparing for our Annual Art Exhibition that was held at our local Library from the 14th-21st June. It is well received from members, their families and townsfolk.
Mick, Richanda, Doug, Lucy & Carol have produced stunning artwork and Tessa has worked diligently to produce ‘H’ the Hedgehog, with help from Janet & Lin our two talented volunteers.
After the Exhibition the paintings are displayed in our local Police Station. Gemma, our CPS has been visiting us regularly and was impressed with the work done by our members and asked if a few paintings could be displayed, good for Community Relations!
Rick has decorated his lampshade with tissue shapes and glitter glue, looks great.
We hope to organize an Open Day in Aug/Sept and invite friends & family to view all our work plus tea & cakes of course!
