New Group Opening in Oxshott
We are planning to open a new group in Oxshott on Wednesday, 21st January 2026 at Oxshott Community Hub, Verrey Lane, Oxshott, Surrey, KT22 0RZ.
The group will be held every Wednesday from 10:00am to 12:00noon.
We are seeking a group of volunteers willing to open, support and grow this new group. Each of our groups has a group leader and we will need one of the volunteers to take on this role. The group leader doesn’t do everything but is the main contact person between Head Office and the group. The volunteers are a team with each person doing something that they are good at – e.g. making refreshments, handling the finances, dealing with forms, ordering and purchasing materials etc. But most of all we need your enthusiasm to help create a friendly welcoming environment where members feel relaxed and able to make the most of their time with us. A group leader and general helper role descriptions are available on request.
