Our Epsom Group in Spring
This spring our Epsom group have been very lucky to welcome on board Sue O’Regan as our new volunteer. Sue is a great help in our ever-growing Epsom group especially when members often need one to one help. Welcome Sue!
Epsom library celebrated the relaunch of their refurbished library on 16th June, Our Epsom and Stoneleigh groups were asked if we would like to display artworks in a small CA exhibition located outside the library in the indoor forecourt. Of course, we were delighted to be asked and we had a variety of paintings and drawings on display for 2 weeks from Wednesday, 11th June. This also gave us the opportunity to spread the word about CA and talk about future recruitment for members, volunteers and trustees.
Members were very busy as usual creating more pom-pom butterflies, owls, caterpillars and experimenting in textile art with weaving. Some of these artworks were viewed at Epsom library. We have had a busy few months with enthusiastic members attending even in the rainy weeks! Thank you to our wonderful volunteers who give quality time to those who need it most.
