A Painting to Remember
Stoneleigh group member, Harry Hathaway showed me this picture that he painted a while ago. Here is a little story about the painting and the memories it brought back….
Harry is shielding due to serious health problems and also caring for his wife. One of his wife’s carers saw the picture and immediately recognised it as a place where she used to live, Goodrington Sands. She was delighted to tell him that her father planted one of the trees on top of the hill. What a great memory that our talented member created.
