Seeking Volunteers for New Woking Group
Your few hours a week could make a real difference to people’s lives. We are seeking a group of volunteers willing to start up and support our Conquest Art Woking Group.
The group will be held on Tuesdays from 2:00 to 4:00pm at the Woking United Reformed Church.
Not every volunteer needs artistic ability, but you do need to be a ‘people person’ – enthusiastic, and ready to help create a friendly, welcoming environment where members feel relaxed and able to make the most of their time with us.
As a volunteer you will be part of a team. A good team will include organisational skills, artistic experience, finance management and making the refreshments.
Volunteers are the people who make Conquest Art possible. Could you join the team?
Please contact us for more information and we can arrange for you to visit an existing group to see what the role involves and to meet the other volunteers and members. If you are interested in volunteering with us, we are holding an Induction Day for new volunteers on Friday, 16th March 2018. Please do get in touch if you would like to join us on the day.
